The Retreat
Engage with family, friends, and faith among walking trails, prayer gardens, and fellowship spaces secluded on two hundred acres of forests and fields. The retreat grounds are a peaceful and quiet space where natural beauty and rural landscape provide the perfect opportunity to disconnect, slow down, and be present.
Grace Garden
Grace Garden offers guests a dedicated space to engage with the five Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary. This beautiful garden provides a tranquil setting for prayer and an opportunity to contemplate Mary's significant role in salvation history.
Seven Sorrows Walk
The Seven Sorrows Walk offers a space to navigate the challenges of grief and suffering. The uniquely designed boardwalk guides guests past seven stations of sacred art and Biblical reflections of the sorrows endured by Our Lord and His Mother.
Resurrection Meadow
Resurrection Meadow unfolds as a spiritual journey through the Stations of the Resurrection, marked by fourteen exquisite glass art pieces that sparkle like jewels against the natural backdrop. Shady spaces for rest, as well as an outdoor amphitheater and altar, complete the meadow design.
The Encounter
At the entrance to the Retreat grounds stands a sculpture of Simeon and the Christ Child by Kevin Chambers of Atlanta, GA. By capturing this significant Biblical encounter in Chapter 2 of Luke’s Gospel, the sculpture symbolizes our mission to provide a place where individuals can experience moments of revelation, connection with their faith,
and a sense of peace and fulfillment.
Pond House
The Pond House is designed to offer the perfect combination of comfort and natural beauty. The screened interior space provides an ideal setting for relaxation, fellowship, and taking in the tranquil views of the stocked pond. The stone fireplace adds to the cozy aesthetic and serves as a source of warmth on cool evenings. Unwind and soak in the peaceful ambiance in the rocking chairs, or grab a pole and try your hand at catching (and releasing) a fish!
Trinity Common
Trinity Common serves as a central gathering place, fostering a sense of community and relaxation. A welcoming pavilion provides shelter and shade for guests. Picnic tables are perfect for outdoor meals, gatherings, and socializing. The sitting area at the point of Trinity Common provides a breathtaking view of the expansive fields and grasses.
Fire Pits
The fire pits are the place to relax and indulge in the delightful tradition of making s'mores. This area is a wonderful vantage point to embrace the magic of the dark night skies and consider the beauty of the heavenly canvas.
Trails
Three diverse walking trails are thoughtfully designed to provide unique opportunities for exploration and connection with nature.
Crucifix Garden, Creekside Trail
The Crucifix Garden is nestled in a forest glade just off Creekside Trail. The private woodland setting affords guests the opportunity to pull away and personally engage with the Passion of Christ Crucified. Rustic seating accommodates individuals and small groups who gather at the feet of Christ to enter more fully into His sacrifice and to encounter our Lord in his time of suffering.
