The Davidson House was originally owned by Sharon’s town physician, Dr. Arthur Chase Davidson, who served the community for over 40 years. Following Dr. Davidson, the home was owned by Bernard and Mary Darden, whose family had extensive Catholic roots in Taliaferro County. The outdoor altar in Locust Grove Cemetery was dedicated in memory of Mr. Darden in 1988 by his widow Mary.

In 2022, the Davidson House was remodeled into a residence for our Chaplain and office space.
